Assam este unul dintre cele mai apreciate sortimente dintre ceaiurile cultivate in India. Este recunoscut in primul rand pentru aroma sa naturala inconfundabila si pentru culoarea intensa a infuziei. Ceaiul negru Assam a fost descoperit prin 1800 datorita exploratorului scotian Robert Bruce. Ceaiul negru este ideal de savurat dimineata, in cadrul micului dejun, sau oricand in prima parte a zilei. Nivelul destul de ridicat de teina nu il recomanda pentru a fi consumat la orele serii, decat de catre pasionatii care vor sa il savureze oricand. Ingrediente: frunze de ceai negru din regiunea Assam. Tara de provenienta ingredient principal: India. Produs in UE. Merge cu: prajeli, fripturi, prajitura cu nuca, ciocolata amaruie, crema de zahar ars. Recomandari de servire: Iti recomandam sa consumi neindulcit, pentru a te bucura de aroma naturala a ceaiului. Mod de Preparare: Pentru a prepara o ceasca de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 3 minute.
