Descriere
Ghimbirul este probabil cea mai folosita planta in medicina traditionala Ayurveda. Si asta datorita nenumaratelor beneficii pe care le prezinta, in special sub forma de ceai de ghimbir. Intr-adevar, acesta are mult mai multe beneficii decat eliminarea senzatiei de greata . Se consuma in special pentru ameliorarea simptomelor asociate afectiunilor digestive. De asemenea, poate reduce inflamatiile, astfel ca este de mare ajutor atunci cand ne confruntam cu articulatii dureroase sau cu crampe musculare. Congestia nazala asociata cu racelile sau gripa nu prea pot rezista ceaiului de ghimbir. Nivelul ridicat de antioxidanti ii confera acestuia proprietati de stimulare a sistemului imunitar. Proprietatile calmante ne ajuta sa reducem stresul si tensiunea acumulate in fiecare zi. Ginger contine in plus si si lemongrass , planta recunoscuta pentru aroma revigoranta pe care o imprumuta bauturilor si preparatelor culinare. Ingrediente: ghimbir (79%), lemongrass, lamaie (5,9%), arome. Produs in UE. Merge cu: Preparate grele Recomandari de servire: Poti adauga o felie de lamaie sau de portocala pentru un gust si mai placut. Mod de Preparare: Pentru a prepara o ceasca de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2-2.5 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 8-10 minute.
