Ceaiul Rooibos prezinta o multime de beneficii asupra organismului, insa daca este imbogatit si cu catina, lucrurile stau si mai bine. Catina este considerata un super-fruct datorita concentratiei mare de nutrienti, vitamine, minerale, antioxidanti, acizi organici (flavonoide, polifenoli, aminoacizi, carotenoizi). Efectul relaxant al ceaiului Rooibos impreuna cu beneficiile boabelor de catina asupra sistemului imunitar il transforma in bautura principala a zilei. Aroma acestui tip de ceai este una bogata, fructata, ce va fi chiar si pe gustul micilor pasionati de ceai. Ingrediente: ceai Rooibos (81,9%), catina (10,2%), aroma naturala, petale de floarea soarelui, flori de ciulin. Tara de provenienta a ingredientului principal: Africa de Sud. Produs in UE. Merge cu: deserturi Recomandari de servire: Datorita faptului ca nu contine teina, ceaiul rooibos poate fi consumat in orice moment al zilei. Mod de Preparare: Pentru a prepara o ceasca de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2-2.5 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 5 minute. Pentru Ice Tea folositi o cantitate dubla de ceai (5 grame) si adaugati cuburi de gheata dupa infuzare.
