Despre ceaiul Ceai verde, Mount Himalaya Tea Ceaiul verde simplu este ceaiul ideal pentru persoanele care doresc un ceai simplu ce ofera nenumarate beneficii asupra starii de sanatate fizica, dar si asupra unui psihic sanatos. Continutul de antioxidanti contribuie la combaterea efectelor radicalilor liberi responsabili de imbatranirea organismului. Ceaiul verde este ideal atat in momentele in care avem nevoie sa ne concentram mai bine asupra activitatilor pe care le desfasuram, cat si in momentele de relaxare de peste zi. Este o infuzie cu gust placut, de culoarea mierii. Ingrediente: frunze de ceai verde ChinaProdus in UE Merge cu: pui, peste Recomandari de servire: In cazul suprainfuzarii, ceaiurile verzi si albe pot capata un gust usor amarui. Pentru o aroma mai puternica, poti folosi o cantitate mai mare de ceai in locul cresterii duratei de infuzare. Mod de Preparare: Pentru a prepara o ceasca de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 70°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 2-3 minute.
