Descriere
Chun Mee este unul dintre cele mai cunoscute sortimente de ceai verde traditional. Are o aroma naturala mai putin dulceaga decat a altor sortimente, insa la fel de delicata. Are un nivel moderat de teina, astfel ca il poti savura in momentele in care vrei sa te relaxezi. Frunzele uscate de ceai au o aroma foarte placuta, asemanatoare cumva cu cea a prunelor. Infuzia prezinta o culoare de un verde-galbui. Ceaiul verde Chun Mee isi trage originea inca din timpul dinastiei Ming, de prin anii 1600. Se distinge prin modul de procesare, frunzele de ceai fiind rulate astfel incat sa capete forma unor sprancene. De fapt, denumirea Chun Mee se traduce din limba chineza chiar prin sprancene pretioase. Poti consuma ceai verde Chun Mee si in cadrul mesei, merge de minune cu branzeturi, preparate pe baza de peste, sau pui si curcan la gratar. Ingrediente: frunze de ceai verde, din regiunea Hubei. Tara de provenienta a ingredientului principal: China. Produs in UE. Merge cu: branzeturi, prajeli, gratar, peste. Recomandari de servire: Iti recomandam sa consumi neindulcit, pentru a te bucura de aroma naturala a ceaiului. Mod de Preparare: Pentru a prepara o ceasca de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 70°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 2-3 minute.
