English Breakfast este cu siguranta cel mai consumat ceai din tarile europene. Denumirea de English Breakfast provine de la comerciantii care l-au introdus pe piata britanica si i-a fost conferita datorita faptului ca era foarte bine asortat cu micul dejun englezesc. Ceaiul English Breakfast a fost facut cunoscut de catre regina Victoria, o mare iubitoare de ceai negru. Gustul puternic si aromat ii confera ceaiului English Breakfast, pe langa complexitate si gust placut, o nota speciala de asprime. Ceaiul negru isi pastreaza aroma un timp mai indelungat decat ceaiul verde. English Breakfast este o adevarata bijuterie intre ceaiurile negre, fiecare strop dezvaluind gustul clasic si elegant. Ingrediente: amestec de ceaiuri din tinuturile muntoase ale Ceylon-ului, cu infuzie aurie și aromă intensa. Tara de provenienta ingredient principal: India. Produs in UE. Merge cu: lapte, sandwichuri. Recomandari de servire: Intrucat ceaiul negru are un gust mai puternic, poti adauga in ceai o cantitate foarte mica de lapte. Mod de Preparare: Pentru prepararea unei cesti de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 3 minute.
