Acest ceai Pu Erh Yin-Yang se remarca datorita cireselor si aromelor subtile de iasomie, trandafir si santal armonizate perfect asemenea lui Yin si Yang. Pu-erh sau Puer este cel mai popular ceai din regiunea Yunnan. Frunzele folosite la ceaiul Pu Erh sunt culese manual din cele mai batrane plante de ceai si sunt apoi sortate, pentru a se indeparta frunzele rupte, vestede sau oxidate. Frunzele ramase sunt intinse in incaperi bine ventilate pentru a se ofili un pic inaintea urmatoarei etape: stoparea oxidarii prin prajirea in tavi. Apoi frunzele pentru Pu Erh sunt rulate fara a le rupe si intinse la soare pentru a se usca, apoi sunt sortate pe mai multe categorii. Proprietatile curative si fortifiante asociate cu ceaiul Pu-erh sunt intr-adevar remarcabile. Se crede ca Pu-erh face minuni in cazul multor boli, detoxifica organismul, ajuta la digestie si la pierderea in greutate, imbunatateste vederea, reface circulatia sangelui si are efecte anti-imbatranire. Consumul pe termen lung de ceai Pu-erh poate avea beneficii asupra reducerii tensiunii si a nivelului colesterolului.
