Stiai ca turcii sunt cei mai mari bautori de ceai? In Turcia se inregistreaza cel mai mare consum pe cap de locuitor. Nu doar ca il consuma, ci il si cultiva acolo. Turcii prefera ceaiul negru, pe care il servesc indulcit cu foarte mult zahar. Ceaiul a devenit o parte atat de importanta in cultura turca, incat in restaurantele turcesti suntem intotdeauna serviti cu ceai din partea casei, este si un semn al ospitalitatii si prieteniei. Savureaza si tu Turkish Tea alaturi de prietenii tai, un ceai negru provenit din provincia Rize, locul in care a fost cultivat ceai pentru prima data in Turcia. Din frunzele micute se prepara o infuzie de culoare maroniu-rosiatica ce prezinta o aroma naturala asemanatoare a ceaiului Mate prajit, insa cu note subtile de lemongrass. Ingrediente: frunze de ceai negru. Tara de provenienta a ingredientului principal: Turcia. Produs in UE. Merge cu: deserturi pe baza de citrice, ciocolata neagra. Recomandari de servire: Intrucat ceaiul negru are un gust mai puternic, poti adauga in ceai o cantitate foarte mica de lapte. Mod de Preparare: Pentru prepararea unei cesti de ceai, adaugati apa fierbinte ( 100°C) peste o lingurita cu ceai (aproximativ 2 gr) si lasati la infuzat timp de 3 minute.
